Tyler's New Potty
We go Tyler a new little potty just to get him familiar with the idea of potty training. He loved it! He sat on it for an hour. Then he asked to watch a show and sat on it the entire time. I had to go pick up Matt from work and Tyler insisted that the potty came with us. He carried it to the car and it sat right next to his seat. He's been playing on it for days. He's a funny kid!

This is just a cute picture that I felt like posting!
Father and Son
Matt is Tyler's hero and at such a young age. That kid copies everything Matt does. For Father's Day Matt got his bike tuned, new tires, and some riding shoes. This last weekend we finally got time to go get it all. Tyler also got a new bike and loves it. So, while Matt was working on his bike of course Tyler had to also.

Then Matt went out the the curb and tried out his new shoes. Tyler went into the garage and got his bike and dragged it to the curb also. It was so cute! That little boy loves his dad so much!!!

Saturday in the yard
So we finally got started on our backyard. Matt and his dad and brother laid cement yesterday. It was a lot of hard work but they did a great job. Tyler loves to follow Matt, doing whatever Dad does. They are such best friends. Matt's a great dad and husband. Next weekend we'll being laying the turf. I'm so excited!

Family Day
So, yesterday we had an entire day as a family. It started with breakfast in the morning together. Then we went to the Live Planet Aquarium in Sandy. We had a lot of fun. It was neat to see the different types of sea life. And there is a little pool that you can actually touch some Manta Rays and other little fish. Matt and Tyler really got into that. Tyler likes just splashing around. Personally, I hate fish so I had no desire to touch them. But I do love to see them.
After that we took Tyler to Chuck-E-Cheese for his first time. It was so cute! He loved the rides and played a couple of games too. We had to feed him on the rides because we couldn't get him to get off long enough. The morning was busy and really fun!
In the evening we went to the park and tried to fly Matt's plane again. For some reason the prop wont stay on. So, this week hopefully Matt will be able to fix it all and next weekend will be successful. Third times the charm right?!
Oh I also found out I am going to be endused on July 15, a week early. So, I doubt I'll go into labor myself earlier then that. So, Katie will be here on the 15, YEAH!!! I am so done being pregnant.
Another great weekend for us! Until next time...

Janas Graduation
Kind of a crazy weekend we had. My little sister graduated on Friday from Mountain View. So we sent the entire day with family doing a bbq and other fun things.
Tyler was so good, he just sat next to his cousins with his hands folded for most of it. Got a little restless towards the end but that's to be expected for a two hour event.
We also ended up selling both of our cars. Totally unexpectedly. We new we had a buyer on the Suzuki but we thought we could drive around the eclipse for a while. But by the end of the day both were gone. Luckily for us my little brother is out of town so my parents had an extra car for us to use for a week. It's actually a blessing we sold both. We're excited for have less car payments that's for sure. So Saturday we spent the day car shopping and then spent the afternoon at the wedding of our friends Nate and Heidi. It's was a nice ceremony and reception. They looked happy and everything was beautiful. Plus it was nice to spend time outside in a nice atmosphere. All in all we had a great weekend.

Memorial Day

We had such a great weekend. We went to Heber City this morning so Tyler could see Thomas the Train. He loved it! He is so into trains now it's crazy. They had some cute booths up there and we got picts by the train. He was so excited. After that we went to a bbq at Grandma Oliver's house. Tyler loves to play with cousins. After Tyler (and mom's) knap we went to dinner with friends and then hot tubbing at our complex. The pool opened today so once it warms up Tyler and I are going to have a lot of fun over there. Matt worked on his remote control airplane. It will be great once he's finished and we can all go to the park and watch it fly. Matt's excited about that. It's been a very fun eventful day.

Memorial Weekend

It's been a busy weekend and it's not even over yet, I love it! Yesterday, Saturday, we did a bbq with friends up at Don and Nicoles place. It was so fun! We don't get together enough. Probably because of Matt and I, with Matt being too busy. But when we do get together we have a lot of fun. The kids were really cute playing together and following eachother around all evening. Tyler loved it! The best part is that's it's Sunday, my favorite day of the week because Matt is home all day, but since tomorrow is a holiday Matt will be around all day tomorrow too. It's the best!
I also had a doctors appointment on Friday. Katie is growing well and has a great heart beat. I love going to the doctor and hearing her heart beat. I have another one on the 6th of June. Two more months, actually less then two months now. I can't wait, well I can wait for the delivery part, but can't wait to not be pregnant anymore. The doctor said that girls are on average a pound smaller then boys are. Tyler was 7lbs 1oz so that would be a small baby girl. However, they also say that each child is bigger then the last. So who really knows right? We'll shoot/hope for smaller!
We have a big family bbq tomorrow so hopefully I'll have more picts to post later this week!
