Memorial Day

We had such a great weekend. We went to Heber City this morning so Tyler could see Thomas the Train. He loved it! He is so into trains now it's crazy. They had some cute booths up there and we got picts by the train. He was so excited. After that we went to a bbq at Grandma Oliver's house. Tyler loves to play with cousins. After Tyler (and mom's) knap we went to dinner with friends and then hot tubbing at our complex. The pool opened today so once it warms up Tyler and I are going to have a lot of fun over there. Matt worked on his remote control airplane. It will be great once he's finished and we can all go to the park and watch it fly. Matt's excited about that. It's been a very fun eventful day.

Memorial Weekend

It's been a busy weekend and it's not even over yet, I love it! Yesterday, Saturday, we did a bbq with friends up at Don and Nicoles place. It was so fun! We don't get together enough. Probably because of Matt and I, with Matt being too busy. But when we do get together we have a lot of fun. The kids were really cute playing together and following eachother around all evening. Tyler loved it! The best part is that's it's Sunday, my favorite day of the week because Matt is home all day, but since tomorrow is a holiday Matt will be around all day tomorrow too. It's the best!

I also had a doctors appointment on Friday. Katie is growing well and has a great heart beat. I love going to the doctor and hearing her heart beat. I have another one on the 6th of June. Two more months, actually less then two months now. I can't wait, well I can wait for the delivery part, but can't wait to not be pregnant anymore. The doctor said that girls are on average a pound smaller then boys are. Tyler was 7lbs 1oz so that would be a small baby girl. However, they also say that each child is bigger then the last. So who really knows right? We'll shoot/hope for smaller!

We have a big family bbq tomorrow so hopefully I'll have more picts to post later this week!

3rd Anniversary

This last weekend Matt and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary. It was on Sunday but we went out on Saturday. Matt's parents babysat Tyler all afternoon and we went up to Salt Lake. It was really fun! It's nice to spend a day together hanging out and having fun. Matt's so busy what little time we have is spent with friends and family, which we love, but it's fun to spend time together. Three years isn't that long of a time. We have done so much. Who would have guessed that three years after our wedding day we would have a two year old and be pregnant with a second child? We have been so blessed. Matt has been able to go to school and have a fantastic job. We have bought our first home. Our little Katie will be coming in July. There is just so much!

This week I hit 7 months in my pregnancy. I'm excited but at the same time worried about the hot weather we are already having. Looks like it's going to be a hot summer. Tyler loves it though. He plays outside every day. Our pool here should be opening in a week or two and I'm excited for that. Time to get Tyler swimming if he's going to be on a team by age 5 or 6 right?!!! Hope you all have a great week! Love you all!

Our little Family

Here we are, the Davis Gang finally has a family blog. Some of you already know everything going on in our lives, but some don't. So a little family update: Matt is in school at UVSC and will be graduating next April in Computer Science. This first block this summer is going to be his last full-time semester (which we are very excited about). He has a great job at Symantec and a programmer. Symantec does Norton Antivirus and many other major programs, so it's a large company and a great one to work for. Tyler is now two and cuter then ever. Every day he is doing something new and adorable that gets us laughing. He brings so much joy to our lives. We are also expect our second child the end of July. Her name is Katie. We're very excited but nervous to be parents of two children. I guess with each new child brings new adventures right? We have been very blessed and continue to be blessed each day. Life has been good to us, we're very happy! Hope you all had a great weekend, and for those moms out there Happy Mother's Day!!! Love you all!
